These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the fam888 platform at fam888.co, including all gaming services, promotional offers, and account features. By registering an account or using the fam888 platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of technical errors, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. fam888 may void bets, suspend accounts, and withhold funds where prohibited conduct is identified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fam888 login credentials. fam888 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your password or one-time authentication codes.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on fam888 and to use any gaming services offered on the Platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. fam888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Member is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all bonus winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be returned subject to applicable verification procedures.
2.2 Single Account. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active fam888 account. This restriction applies regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or physical address used. Where fam888 determines that a Member holds or has held multiple accounts, fam888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the accounts and void any associated transactions.
2.3 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
2.4 Jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing fam888 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. fam888 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal for use in any specific jurisdiction.
2.5 KYC Verification. fam888 is required to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or valid passport), a selfie holding the identification document, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
3.1 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your fam888 login credentials, including your password and any one-time authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. fam888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Account Suspension. fam888 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance. During any suspension period, funds in the account will be held pending investigation.
3.3 Account Closure. Members may request closure of their fam888 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance not subject to pending wagering requirements will be returned to the Member's registered payment method. Accounts closed for breach of this Agreement may have balances withheld pending investigation.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. fam888 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via e-wallets (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow process instantly. FPX bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during peak banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods registered and verified on your fam888 account. fam888 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. e-Wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your fam888 account at the time of withdrawal request. Limits may vary based on account verification status and payment method.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on fam888 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies or cryptocurrencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by fam888 are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which specify wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry periods. Promotional terms are made available at the point of bonus claim.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering is tracked in real time within the fam888 Bonus Centre. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. fam888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where we determine that bonus offers have been abused. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a first-deposit bonus more than once; wagering patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (including low-variance matched betting); and coordinated bonus exploitation across related accounts.
5.4 Promotional Changes. fam888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed in good faith prior to the amendment.
6.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on fam888 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport, as displayed within the relevant game or sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.
6.2 Sportsbook. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with fam888's official sportsbook rules. fam888 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where odds were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error (palpable error). Decisions by fam888 regarding settlement of sportsbook markets are final.
6.3 Casino Games. All live casino and RNG casino game outcomes are determined by the software provider's certified systems. Game results are final once confirmed by the software. Disconnection during a game does not entitle a Member to a refund of the bet placed unless the game provider's rules specifically provide for this.
6.4 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. fam888 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of system malfunction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fam888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
8.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in and to the fam888 Platform — including but not limited to the fam888 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to fam888. No rights are transferred to Members by virtue of this Agreement.
8.2 Restricted Use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any fam888 Platform content without prior written authorisation. You may not use fam888 trademarks in any manner that may cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
9.1 Platform Availability. fam888 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond fam888's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. fam888 is not liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime.
9.2 Gambling Losses. fam888 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by Members in the ordinary course of using the Platform in accordance with this Agreement. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Members participate at their own risk.
9.3 Third-Party Services. The Platform relies on third-party game providers, payment processors, and technology suppliers. fam888 is not liable for losses, delays, or errors attributable to third-party service failures, except to the extent required by applicable law.
9.4 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fam888's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in the Member's account at the time the relevant claim arises.
10.1 Player Tools. fam888 provides responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits and reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed for the duration selected.

10.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who self-exclude from fam888 must not attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by registering a new account. fam888 will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusions identified during the KYC process. Any accounts opened in breach of a self-exclusion period will be closed.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by fam888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to fam888's data processing activities as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
fam888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fam888 will provide reasonable notice to registered Members via email or platform notification prior to the amended terms taking effect. Continued use of the fam888 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to fam888's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming authority licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Member and fam888 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through fam888's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting fam888 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified under fam888's operating licence.
13.3 Game Disputes. All live casino game outcomes are recorded in full and retained for a minimum of 90 days. Members who dispute a game outcome must raise the issue with fam888 support within 14 days of the relevant transaction date, providing the transaction ID and details of the dispute.
